Asian Markets Display Mixed Performance Amid Varied Trends

On the energy front, oil producers received a boost from rising oil prices, with Brent crude increasing to $80.58 per barrel. Exxon Mobil and Valero Energy recorded gains of 2.6% and 4.9% respectively. This contrasts with a declining crude oil market early Tuesday, as prices slightly decreased. The Federal Reserve's interest rate policies remain a central factor influencing these market dynamics, with persistent concerns regarding inflationary pressures that remain above the target rate.
