Specifically, in Brazil, AstroPay adopts Pix, the prevalent instant payment method, preferred by merchants over traditional card transactions.

AstroPay's presence spans 25 countries, and it is accelerating its expansion into Europe, fueled by the migration of Latin American workforce seeking opportunities there. A recent acquisition of an Electronic Money Institution (EMI) license in Denmark marks a crucial step in AstroPay's European strategy, enabling operations in Spain and Portugal soon, with plans to penetrate Germany, France, Italy, and Poland by 2025.
