Bluesky, a decentralized social app conceptualized by former Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey, has exceeded 30 million users as of February 2025. According to a Yahoo Finance report, this growth is attributed to policy changes at X, such as alterations to the block feature and the usage of user posts for AI training by third-party companies, which propelled Bluesky to the top of the U.S. App Store.
