Moore Threads Technology, renowned for designing graphics processing units (GPUs), has openly expressed admiration for DeepSeek's innovations. The company recently announced that it would leverage its locally-produced GPUs to catalyze growth within China's AI ecosystem. According to Moore Threads, DeepSeek's open-source V3 and R1 models have significantly advanced AI development, acting as a source of inspiration for developers across the nation.

In alignment with this initiative, Moore Threads has decided to make its proprietary KUAE GPU intelligent computing cluster available, ensuring full support for the distributed deployment of DeepSeek's models. This commitment aims to facilitate the advancement of the domestic AI landscape through a full-stack solution designed specifically for AI data centers.

The movement reflects a broader trend within China's technological landscape, where powerhouses like Huawei Technologies are actively integrating DeepSeek's models. The tech giant is collaborating with Beijing-based AI infrastructure start-up SiliconFlow to deliver DeepSeek models to end users through its Ascend cloud service. This service boasts capabilities that rival those of global premium GPUs, thereby reinforcing China's drive for self-sufficiency in AI technology.
