The world's second-largest car parts manufacturer, Denso Corp, is poised to address the challenges posed by impending U.S. tariffs on imports from Mexico and Canada without major concerns. Source Yasushi Matsui, the financial officer of the Japanese giant, emphasized the company's strategy to mitigate increased costs through potential price transfers rather than panic-induced decisions.

Matsui pointed out that instead of absorbing the entirety of the new costs within their supply chain, Denso intends to discuss possible price negotiations with its customers. The approach suggests they are preparing to manage any financial impact should the tariffs proceed as planned under U.S. President Donald Trump's trade policies.
