The company, founded in 2001 in Shenzhen, is planning to issue H shares with hopes of debuting on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. GEM's filing with the Shenzhen Stock Exchange highlights its intent to collaborate with relevant intermediaries for the listing process, although it acknowledged potential uncertainties and incomplete specifics at this stage.

GEM's products include materials used in power battery manufacturing, reinforcing its position as a leader in the global new energy supply chain. As reported by state media, the company's Hong Kong share issuance is anticipated to take place in April. On the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, GEM shares experienced a moderate increase of 0.15% on Tuesday, closing at 6.54 yuan.
