China remains the largest exporter of mobile phones to the U.S., supplying 79% of American imports in value terms. In the first half of 2021, Chinese exports to America grew by +45% to $20.5B compared to $14.1B recorded in the same period of 2020. The average mobile phone import price rose by +3.9% to $273 per unit in 2020.
