Scottie Resources Reports High-Grade Gold Findings in Northern British Columbia

Scottie Resources (TSXV: SCOT) has announced significant high-grade gold results from its drilling activities at its Scottie project, located in northern British Columbia (source). As the company gears up for its first resource estimate in March, the ongoing drilling campaign continues to provide promising outcomes along the 6-kilometer mineralized trend.

Recent drilling results have highlighted the presence of high-grade gold mineralization. Notable intercepts include 2.6 meters grading 20.2 grams of gold per tonne in the O zone from a depth of 26.6 meters, alongside other significant finds in the M and N zones. These drilling operations, part of Scottie's 2024 program, have focused on extending known zones and discovering new extensions such as the Golden Buckle zone, which recently returned 1 meter of 1.87 grams of gold per tonne from a depth of 106.9 meters.

CEO Brad Rourke commented on the results, emphasizing their role in strengthening Scottie's resource establishment efforts. "They reinforce our ability to delineate a resource at this historic deposit while opening new opportunities along strike," he stated.

The strategic positioning of the Scottie project near Stewart, with robust local infrastructure and logistical support, provides a solid foundation for continued exploration and resource development, significantly supporting the region's mining activities. The drilling and exploration results at Scottie are well-aligned with the expanding mining landscape in British Columbia's Golden Triangle, which has a storied history of mining successes.
