U.S. Firm Lone Star Plans Partial IPO for Novo Banco

U.S. private equity firm Lone Star is contemplating the sale of a 25-30% stake in Novo Banco through an initial public offering, according to the Portuguese Finance Minister Joaquim Miranda Sarmento [source].
