The revised details were first reported by Reuters, revealing plans to sell 70 million shares at a price range of $23 to $27 per share, targeting a valuation of up to $65.33 billion.

Originally, Venture Global intended to offer 50 million shares at a price range of $40 to $46, with a goal of raising as much as $2.30 billion. By reducing the offering price, the company now aims to raise approximately $1.89 billion.
