China Broad Bean And Horse Bean Export Price in March 2022
In March 2022, the broad bean and horse bean price amounted to $1,287 per ton (FOB, China), growing by 16% against the previous month. Over the last one months, it increased at an average monthly rate of +16.1%. As a result, the export price reached the peak level and is likely to continue growth in the immediate term.
Prices varied noticeably by the country of destination: the country with the highest price was Japan ($1,653 per ton), while the average price for exports to Myanmar ($633 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From February 2022 to March 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Japan (+8.4%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.

In March 2022, broad bean and horse bean exports from China contracted remarkably to 519 tons, waning by -47.6% against the month before. In general, exports faced a dramatic descent. As a result, the exports attained the peak of 989 tons, and then reduced sharply in the following month.
