In September 2022, the other colouring matter, pigments and preparations based on inorganic or mineral colouring matte, inorganic products of a kind used as luminophores price amounted to $3,465 per ton (FOB, China), reducing by -5.1% against the previous month. Overall, the export price continues to indicate a slight decline. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in June 2022 an increase of 7.1% against the previous month. The export price peaked at $3,950 per ton in January 2022; however, from February 2022 to September 2022, the export prices failed to regain momentum.

There were significant differences in the average prices for the major external markets. In September 2022, the country with the highest price was Poland ($5,741 per ton), while the average price for exports to Bangladesh ($855 per ton) was amongst the lowest.

From January 2022 to September 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to India (+4.9%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.

These countries were followed by India, Poland, the United States, Japan, Indonesia, Malaysia, Russia, Bangladesh, Brazil and South Africa, which together accounted for a further 42%.
