The average preserved salmon export price stood at $14.6 per kg in December 2022, approximately reflecting the previous month. Over the last eleven months, it increased at an average monthly rate of +1.5%. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in November 2022 an increase of 47% against the previous month. Over the period under review, the average export prices hit record highs in December 2022.
