Amplifier Market Size in the Netherlands

After two years of decline, the Dutch amplifier market increased by 82% to $X in 2022. Over the period under review, consumption posted a resilient increase. Amplifier consumption peaked at $X in 2019; however, from 2020 to 2022, consumption stood at a somewhat lower figure.

In value terms, amplifier production fell notably to $X in 2022 estimated in export price. Overall, production, however, posted a strong increase. Exports from the Netherlands

In 2022, shipments abroad of amplifiers decreased by -45.4% to X units for the first time since 2017, thus ending a four-year rising trend. Over the period under review, exports, however, saw prominent growth. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2019 with an increase of 158%. Over the period under review, the exports attained the maximum at X units in 2021, and then fell markedly in the following year.

In value terms, amplifier exports dropped remarkably to $X in 2022. In general, exports, however, enjoyed a strong increase. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2020 when exports increased by 99% against the previous year. The exports peaked at $X in 2021, and then reduced sharply in the following year.

Germany (X units), Belgium (X units) and the UK (X units) were the main destinations of amplifier exports from the Netherlands, with a combined 59% share of total exports. France, Sweden, Poland, the United States, Spain, Austria, Italy and Ireland lagged somewhat behind, together comprising a further 28%.

In 2022, the average amplifier export price amounted to $X per unit, falling by -12.2% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the export price saw a perceptible downturn. Imports into the Netherlands

Amplifier imports into the Netherlands declined significantly to X units in 2022, with a decrease of -22% against 2021 figures. Over the period under review, imports, however, posted a prominent increase. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2020 when imports increased by 127% against the previous year. As a result, imports reached the peak of X units. From 2021 to 2022, the growth of imports remained at a lower figure.

In value terms, amplifier imports shrank rapidly to $X in 2022. Overall, imports, however, posted prominent growth. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2020 with an increase of 88% against the previous year. Over the period under review, imports reached the maximum at $X in 2021, and then contracted markedly in the following year.

China (X units), Germany (X units) and Belgium (X units) were the main suppliers of amplifier imports to the Netherlands, together comprising 55% of total imports.
