Germany (X tons), Belgium (X tons) and France (X tons) were the main destinations of plastic household ware exports from the Netherlands, together accounting for 69% of total exports. These countries were followed by Poland, Ireland, the UK, Austria, Spain, the United Arab Emirates and Denmark, which together accounted for a further 16%.

In 2021, China (X tons) constituted the largest plastic household ware supplier to the Netherlands, with a 36% share of total imports. Moreover, plastic household ware imports from China exceeded the figures recorded by the second-largest supplier, Poland (X tons), threefold.
