In 2021, the import price in Africa amounted to $X per unit, increasing by 4.3% against the previous year. In general, the import price posted a buoyant expansion. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2015 when the import price increased by 1,927% against the previous year. The level of import peaked in 2021 and is likely to see steady growth in years to come.
