In value terms, South Africa ($X) remains the largest antisera supplier in Africa, comprising 62% of total exports. The second position in the ranking was held by Kenya ($X), with a 6.3% share of total exports. It was followed by Morocco, with a 6.3% share.
From 2012 to 2021, the average annual growth rate of value in South Africa totaled +23.5%. The remaining exporting countries recorded the following average annual rates of exports growth: Kenya (+66.2% per year) and Morocco (+12.7% per year).

The volume of import peaked in 2021 and is expected to retain growth in the near future.

Sudan (X tons), Democratic Republic of the Congo (X tons), Zambia (X tons), Morocco (X tons), Ghana (X tons) and Rwanda (X tons) held a relatively small share of total imports.
