Egypt represented the main exporter of bentonite in Africa, with the volume of exports amounting to X tons, which was approx. X% of total exports in 2019. South Africa (X tons) took the second position in the ranking, distantly followed by Morocco (X tons) and Mozambique (X tons). All these countries together held near X% share of total exports. Algeria (X tons) took a relatively small share of total exports.
