Nigeria (+5.5 p.p.), Zimbabwe (+3.1 p.p.), Tanzania (+2.7 p.p.), Uganda (+2 p.p.), Cameroon (+1.8 p.p.), Tunisia (+1.7 p.p.), Ghana (+1.5 p.p.) and Algeria (+1.5 p.p.) significantly strengthened its position in terms of the total imports, while Kenya and South Africa saw its share reduced by -2.8% and -15.1% from 2012 to 2022, respectively. The shares of the other countries remained relatively stable throughout the analyzed period.
