The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2018 with an increase of 69%. The volume of import peaked at X tons in 2020, and then shrank significantly in the following year.

In value terms, goat hides and skins imports declined dramatically to $X in 2021. Over the period under review, imports, however, posted a perceptible expansion. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2020 when imports increased by 95% against the previous year. As a result, imports reached the peak of $X, and then reduced remarkably in the following year.
