In value terms, albumins and albuminates imports dropped sharply to $X in 2021. Overall, imports, however, continue to indicate a noticeable decrease. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2018 when imports increased by 209%. Imports peaked at $X in 2013; however, from 2014 to 2021, imports stood at a somewhat lower figure.

In 2021, Congo (X tons) constituted the largest supplier of albumins and albuminates to Angola, accounting for a 79% share of total imports.
