In value terms, China ($X) remains the largest wood dryer supplier in Asia, comprising 89% of total exports. The second position in the ranking was held by Taiwan (Chinese) ($X), with a 4.7% share of total exports. It was followed by Japan, with a 3.9% share.

In China, wood dryer exports increased at an average annual rate of +15.3% over the period from 2012-2021. The remaining exporting countries recorded the following average annual rates of exports growth: Taiwan (Chinese) (-1.8% per year) and Japan (-8.2% per year).
