In 2022, the Asian mixed juices market was finally on the rise to reach $X for the first time since 2019, thus ending a two-year declining trend. In general, consumption, however, continues to indicate a relatively flat trend pattern. Among the main exporting countries, Thailand, with a CAGR of +15.3%, saw the highest rates of growth with regard to the value of exports, over the period under review, while shipments for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

The export price in Asia stood at $X per ton in 2022, increasing by 3.5% against the previous year. Export price indicated a prominent expansion from 2012 to 2022: its price increased at an average annual rate of +5.1% over the last decade. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on 2022 figures, mixed juices export price increased by +59.7% against 2015 indices. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2017 an increase of 14%. The Philippines (X tons) ranks next in terms of the total imports with a 5.8% share, followed by Japan (5.7%), Yemen (5.6%), China (5.2%) and Kazakhstan (5.2%). Qatar (X tons), South Korea (X tons), Hong Kong SAR (X tons) and Malaysia (X tons) took a relatively small share of total imports.

China, with a CAGR of +10.7%, recorded the highest rates of growth with regard to the value of imports, in terms of the main importing countries over the period under review, while purchases for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

In 2022, the import price in Asia amounted to $X per ton, surging by 6% against the previous year. Import price indicated a buoyant expansion from 2012 to 2022: its price increased at an average annual rate of +5.2% over the last decade. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on 2022 figures, mixed juices import price increased by +80.6% against 2015 indices. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2018 when the import price increased by 23%.
