From 2012 to 2021, the most notable rate of growth in terms of purchases, amongst the leading importing countries, was attained by the Philippines (with a CAGR of +15.0%), while imports for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

In value terms, the largest rubber-to-metal and moulded article importing markets in Asia were China ($X), Japan ($X) and India ($X), with a combined 49% share of total imports. These countries were followed by Turkey, Vietnam, South Korea, Indonesia, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, the Philippines and Singapore, which together accounted for a further 38%.
