China dominates exports structure, amounting to X tons, which was approx. X% of total exports in 2022. It was distantly followed by South Korea (X tons), making up an X% share of total exports. India (X tons), Australia (X tons) and Singapore (X tons) took a relatively small share of total exports.

China was also the fastest-growing in terms of the biological products exports, with a CAGR of X% from 2012 to 2022. At the same time, South Korea (X%), Singapore (X%) and Australia (X%) displayed positive paces of growth. India experienced a relatively flat trend pattern. While the share of China (X p.p.) increased significantly in terms of the total exports from 2012-2022, the share of Australia (X p.p.) and India (X p.p.) displayed negative dynamics. The shares of the other countries remained relatively stable throughout the analyzed period.

In value terms, the largest biological product supplying countries in Asia-Pacific were South Korea ($X), Singapore ($X) and Australia ($X), with a combined X% share of total exports.

South Korea, with a CAGR of X%, recorded the highest rates of growth with regard to the value of exports, in terms of the main exporting countries over the period under review, while shipments for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

In 2022, the export price in Asia-Pacific amounted to $X per ton, picking up by X% against the previous year. In general, the export price, however, continues to indicate a slight setback. Over the period under review, the export prices attained the maximum at $X per ton in 2019; however, from 2020 to 2022, the export prices remained at a lower figure.
