Moreover, Vietnam emerged as the fastest-growing exporter exported in Asia-Pacific, with a CAGR of +25.7% from 2012-2021. Malaysia experienced a relatively flat trend pattern. By contrast, South Korea (-1.9%) illustrated a downward trend over the same period. From 2012 to 2021, the share of Vietnam and Thailand increased by +10 and +2.7 percentage points, respectively. The shares of the other countries remained relatively stable throughout the analyzed period.

In value terms, China ($X) remains the largest copper pipe and fitting supplier in Asia-Pacific, comprising 55% of total exports. The second position in the ranking was taken by Vietnam ($X), with a 12% share of total exports. It was followed by Thailand, with a 9.8% share.
