In China, wood dryer exports increased at an average annual rate of +15.3% over the period from 2012-2021. The remaining exporting countries recorded the following average annual rates of exports growth: Taiwan (Chinese) (-1.8% per year) and Japan (-8.2% per year).

The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2017 with an increase of 2,557%. As a result, imports attained the peak of X units. From 2018 to 2021, the growth of imports failed to regain momentum.

In value terms, wood dryer imports skyrocketed to $X in 2021. Over the period under review, imports posted strong growth. As a result, imports attained the peak and are likely to continue growth in the immediate term.
