In 2021, the export price in Asia-Pacific amounted to $X per ton, with an increase of 16% against the previous year. Overall, the export price, however, showed a pronounced reduction. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2016 an increase of 51%. As a result, the export price attained the peak level of $X per ton. From 2017 to 2021, the export prices remained at a somewhat lower figure.

Prices varied noticeably by country of origin: amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was India ($X per ton), while Hong Kong SAR ($X per ton) was amongst the lowest.

In 2021, the import price in Asia-Pacific amounted to $X per ton, picking up by 18% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the import price saw slight growth. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2018 when the import price increased by 21% against the previous year. As a result, import price reached the peak level of $X per ton. From 2019 to 2021, the import prices remained at a lower figure.

There were significant differences in the average prices amongst the major importing countries. In 2021, amid the top importers, the country with the highest price was Australia ($X per ton), while Malaysia ($X per ton) was amongst the lowest.
