Exports in Australia and Oceania

The shares of the other countries remained relatively stable throughout the analyzed period.
In value terms, the largest iron or steel gas domestic cooking appliances and plate warmers supplying countries in Australia and Oceania were Australia ($X), New Zealand ($X) and Fiji ($X), with a combined 99% share of total exports.
In terms of the main exporting countries, New Zealand, with a CAGR of +5.3%, saw the highest growth rate of the value of exports, over the period under review, while shipments for the other leaders experienced a decline in the exports figures.

Overall, imports, however, saw a relatively flat trend pattern. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2021 when imports increased by 28%. As a result, imports reached the peak of X units, and then contracted modestly in the following year.
In value terms, imports of iron or steel gas domestic cooking appliances and plate warmers shrank modestly to $X in 2022. Over the period under review, imports, however, saw a relatively flat trend pattern. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2021 when imports increased by 51% against the previous year. As a result, imports reached the peak of $X, and then dropped modestly in the following year.
