Mattress Market Size in Australia

For the third consecutive year, the Australian mattress market recorded growth in sales value, which increased by 0.9% to $X in 2022. In general, consumption showed strong growth. Mattress consumption peaked in 2022 and is expected to retain growth in the near future.

In value terms, mattress production stood at $X in 2022 estimated in export price. Overall, production recorded a significant increase. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2016 when the production volume increased by 2,099% against the previous year. Over the period under review, production reached the peak level at $X in 2020; however, from 2021 to 2022, production remained at a lower figure.
