Potato Market Size in Australia

In 2021, the Australian potato market increased by 1.7% to $X for the first time since 2018, thus ending a two-year declining trend. In general, consumption, however, continues to indicate a pronounced shrinkage. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2017 with an increase of 7.8% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the market hit record highs at $X in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2021, consumption stood at a somewhat lower figure.
