Imports into Bangladesh

In 2022, grapefruit imports into Bangladesh reduced to X tons, with a decrease of -9.7% against the previous year. In general, imports, however, showed a prominent expansion. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2017 when imports increased by 542%. As a result, imports reached the peak of X tons. From 2018 to 2022, the growth of imports failed to regain momentum.

In value terms, grapefruit imports shrank to $X in 2022. Over the period under review, imports, however, enjoyed a remarkable increase. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2017 when imports increased by 364%.
