Russia (X units) was the main destination for circuit breaker exports from Belarus, with a 88% share of total exports. Moreover, circuit breaker exports to Russia exceeded the volume sent to the second major destination, Lithuania (X units), more than tenfold.

In 2022, supplies from abroad of automatic circuit breakers decreased by -13.7% to X units, falling for the fourth year in a row after three years of growth. Over the period under review, imports saw a relatively flat trend pattern. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2016 when imports increased by 49%. Imports peaked at X units in 2018; however, from 2019 to 2022, imports remained at a lower figure.
In value terms, circuit breaker imports expanded sharply to $X in 2022. Overall, imports, however, showed a relatively flat trend pattern. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2018 with an increase of 46% against the previous year. Over the period under review, imports attained the maximum at $X in 2013; however, from 2014 to 2022, imports remained at a lower figure.

Russia (X units), China (X units) and Germany (X units) were the main suppliers of circuit breaker imports to Belarus, together accounting for 80% of total imports.
