Over the period under review, the exports hit record highs at X units in 2018; however, from 2019 to 2021, the exports failed to regain momentum.

In value terms, plastic furniture exports surged to $X in 2021. Overall, exports saw buoyant growth. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2016 with an increase of 632% against the previous year. The exports peaked in 2021 and are expected to retain growth in the immediate term.

Russia (X units) was the main destination for plastic furniture exports from Belarus, with a 92% share of total exports. It was followed by Ukraine (X units), with a 2.6% share of total exports.
