In value terms, aircraft tyre imports surged to $X in 2021. Overall, imports, however, recorded a perceptible shrinkage. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2017 with an increase of 76% against the previous year. As a result, imports attained the peak of $X. From 2018 to 2021, the growth of imports remained at a somewhat lower figure.

In 2021, Russia (X units) constituted the largest supplier of aircraft tyre to Belarus, with a 82% share of total imports. Moreover, aircraft tyre imports from Russia exceeded the figures recorded by the second-largest supplier, Thailand (X units), sixfold.

From 2012 to 2021, the average annual growth rate of volume from Russia stood at -5.9%. The remaining supplying countries recorded the following average annual rates of imports growth: Thailand (+9.3% per year) and the United States (-5.9% per year).
