As a result, imports reached the peak of X tons, and then dropped in the following year.

In value terms, printing ink imports declined remarkably to $X in 2022. In general, imports showed a mild decrease. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2017 with an increase of 44%. As a result, imports reached the peak of $X. From 2018 to 2022, the growth of imports failed to regain momentum.

Imports by Country

In 2022, Belgium (X tons) represented the main importer of printing ink, comprising 68% of total imports. It was distantly followed by the Netherlands (X tons), comprising a 30% share of total imports. Luxembourg (X tons) followed a long way behind the leaders.
