For the third consecutive year, Brazil recorded decline in supplies from abroad of tanned or dressed furskins, which decreased by -39.6% to X units in 2022. Overall, imports, however, enjoyed a remarkable increase. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2015 when imports increased by 270%. Imports peaked at X units in 2019; however, from 2020 to 2022, imports remained at a lower figure.
In value terms, tanned or dressed furskins imports fell remarkably to $X in 2022. In general, imports, however, continue to indicate a perceptible increase.
