In 2022, after four years of growth, there was decline in the Central Asian bacon and ham market, when its value decreased by -3.2% to $X. Overall, consumption saw a pronounced downturn. Over the period under review, the market reached the maximum level at $X in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2022, consumption remained at a lower figure.
