By contrast, Kyrgyzstan (-3.8%) and Turkmenistan (-11.0%) illustrated a downward trend over the same period. Kazakhstan (+10 p.p.) and Uzbekistan (+5.9 p.p.) significantly strengthened its position in terms of the total imports, while Mongolia, Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan saw its share reduced by -3%, -4% and -8.6% from 2012 to 2022, respectively.
