Exports by Country
Kazakhstan was the key exporting country with an export of around X cubic meters, which accounted for 63% of total exports. It was distantly followed by Kyrgyzstan (X cubic meters) and Uzbekistan (X cubic meters), together constituting a 37% share of total exports.
From 2012 to 2022, average annual rates of growth with regard to hardboard exports from Kazakhstan stood at +8.1%. At the same time, Uzbekistan (+740.0%) and Kyrgyzstan (+4.5%) displayed positive paces of growth. Imports in Central Asia
In 2022, approx. X cubic meters of hardboard were imported in Central Asia; growing by 11% compared with the year before. Total imports indicated a slight increase from 2012 to 2022: its volume increased at an average annual rate of +1.4% over the last decade. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on 2022 figures, imports increased by +96.9% against 2016 indices. Imports by Country
In 2022, Kazakhstan (X cubic meters) and Uzbekistan (X cubic meters) represented the major importers of hardboard in Central Asia, together reaching approx. 60% of total imports. Kyrgyzstan (X cubic meters) ranks next in terms of the total imports with a 12% share, followed by Turkmenistan (10%), Mongolia (10%) and Tajikistan (7.3%).
