Overall, imports showed a strong expansion. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2017 when imports increased by 96%. Over the period under review, imports hit record highs in 2021 and are expected to retain growth in years to come.

In value terms, non-electronic hydro- and hygrometers imports expanded notably to $X in 2021. Over the period under review, imports recorded a prominent increase. In value terms, Kazakhstan ($X) constitutes the largest market for imported non-electronic hydro-, hygro-, psychrometers in Central Asia, comprising 65% of total imports. The second position in the ranking was held by Uzbekistan ($X), with a 25% share of total imports. It was followed by Mongolia, with a 5.7% share.
