In 2022, approx. X tons of polypropylene in primary forms were imported in Central Asia; rising by 56% against 2021 figures. Over the period under review, imports posted a significant expansion. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2017 with an increase of 184% against the previous year. Over the period under review, imports hit record highs in 2022 and are expected to retain growth in years to come.
In value terms, polypropylene in primary forms imports skyrocketed to $X in 2022. Overall, imports showed significant growth.
