In general, imports recorded a prominent expansion. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2017 when imports increased by 54% against the previous year. Over the period under review, imports of reached the peak figure in 2021 and are expected to retain growth in years to come.

The second position in the ranking was taken by Uzbekistan ($X), with a 22% share of total imports. It was followed by Mongolia, with a 20% share.

In Kazakhstan, imports of prepared glues and other prepared adhesives increased at an average annual rate of +8.7% over the period from 2012-2021. The remaining importing countries recorded the following average annual rates of imports growth: Uzbekistan (+18.8% per year) and Mongolia (+24.2% per year).
