It was distantly followed by Turkmenistan (X tons), Tajikistan (X tons) and Kyrgyzstan (X tons), together achieving a 24% share of total exports. Mongolia (X tons) followed a long way behind the leaders.

Exports from Kazakhstan decreased at an average annual rate of -8.7% from 2012 to 2021. At the same time, Mongolia (+71.7%), Tajikistan (+27.0%), Kyrgyzstan (+25.8%) and Turkmenistan (+14.8%) displayed positive paces of growth. Moreover, Mongolia emerged as the fastest-growing exporter exported in Central Asia, with a CAGR of +71.7% from 2012-2021. From 2012 to 2021, the share of Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Mongolia increased by +7.1, +7, +6.9 and +3.3 percentage points, respectively.

In value terms, the largest pneumatic or hydraulic hand tool supplying countries in Central Asia were Kazakhstan ($X), Turkmenistan ($X) and Tajikistan ($X), together comprising 89% of total exports. Kyrgyzstan and Mongolia lagged somewhat behind, together accounting for a further 11%.
