Russia was the major importer of aluminium tubes and pipes in the CIS, with the volume of imports recording X tons, which was near 69% of total imports in 2022. It was distantly followed by Belarus (X tons), achieving a 25% share of total imports. Uzbekistan (X tons) held a minor share of total imports.

Imports into Russia increased at an average annual rate of +2.0% from 2012 to 2022. At the same time, Uzbekistan (+8.4%) displayed positive paces of growth. In value terms, Russia ($X) constitutes the largest market for imported aluminium tubes and pipes in the CIS, comprising 63% of total imports. The second position in the ranking was taken by Belarus ($X), with a 25% share of total imports.
