In value terms, exports of cyclanic, cyclenic or cycloterpenic mono- or polyamines, and their derivatives and salts thereof contracted significantly to $X in 2022. Over the period under review, exports, however, enjoyed a significant expansion. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2016 when exports increased by 537% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the exports of attained the peak figure at $X in 2021, and then fell sharply in the following year.

Average prices varied somewhat amongst the major exporting countries. In 2022, amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was Russia ($X per ton), while Armenia ($X per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Belarus (+15.1%), while the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

Imports in CIS
In 2022, purchases abroad of cyclanic, cyclenic or cycloterpenic mono- or polyamines, and their derivatives and salts thereof decreased by -13.4% to X tons for the first time since 2019, thus ending a two-year rising trend. Over the period under review, imports faced a abrupt contraction. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2017 when imports increased by 84% against the previous year. The volume of import peaked at X tons in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2022, imports remained at a lower figure.
In value terms, imports of cyclanic, cyclenic or cycloterpenic mono- or polyamines, and their derivatives and salts thereof surged to $X in 2022. Total imports indicated a perceptible increase from 2012 to 2022: its value increased at an average annual rate of +4.0% over the last decade. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on 2022 figures, imports decreased by -6.3% against 2020 indices. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2020 when imports increased by 62%.
