In 2021, Russia (X units) was the main exporter of dryers for wood, paper pulp, paper or paperboard, comprising 54% of total exports. By contrast, Belarus (-14.9%) illustrated a downward trend over the same period. Russia (+5.3 p.p.) and Kazakhstan (+3.3 p.p.) significantly strengthened its position in terms of the total imports, while Belarus saw its share reduced by -8.6% from 2012 to 2021, respectively.

In value terms, Russia ($X) constitutes the largest market for imported dryers for wood, paper pulp, paper or paperboard in the CIS, comprising 92% of total imports. The second position in the ranking was taken by Belarus ($X), with a 7.5% share of total imports.
