Uzbekistan (X units) and Russia (X units) represented the largest exporters of electrical insulators in 2022, reaching near 50% and 38% of total exports, respectively. It was distantly followed by Kazakhstan (X units), mixing up a 12% share of total exports.

Russia (X units) and Kazakhstan (X units) represented the key importers of electrical insulators in 2022, amounting to near 35% and 28% of total imports, respectively. It was distantly followed by Azerbaijan (X units), Uzbekistan (X units), Belarus (X units) and Tajikistan (X units), together comprising a 35% share of total imports.
