By contrast, Belarus (-12.2%) illustrated a downward trend over the same period. Russia (+33 p.p.) and Azerbaijan (+1.7 p.p.) significantly strengthened its position in terms of the total exports, while Armenia and Belarus saw its share reduced by -3% and -26.9% from 2012 to 2022, respectively.

In value terms, Russia ($X) remains the largest non-cellular polyvinyl chloride film supplier in the CIS, comprising 90% of total exports. The second position in the ranking was held by Belarus ($X), with a 2.9% share of total exports. It was followed by Armenia, with a 2.3% share.
