Moreover, Belarus emerged as the fastest-growing exporter exported in the CIS, with a CAGR of +15.5% from 2012-2021. By contrast, Uzbekistan (-7.9%) illustrated a downward trend over the same period. From 2012 to 2021, the share of Belarus and Uzbekistan increased by +2.5 and +2.4 percentage points, respectively.

In value terms, Russia ($X) remains the largest non-woven glass fibre articles supplier in the CIS, comprising 92% of total exports. The second position in the ranking was taken by Uzbekistan ($X), with a 4.8% share of total exports.

Prices varied noticeably country of destination: the country with the highest price was Russia ($X per ton), while Kyrgyzstan ($X per ton) was amongst the lowest.
